Senior Technical Adoption Specialist for Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) at Autodesk provides top-level technical expertise to strategic customers. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions
•Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology
•Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
•Deliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users to drive successful adoption of Autodesk solutions
•Develop and update digital content adhering to the corporate design standards of quality and consistency, that solves specific customer challenges

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
•Expert knowledge of Autodesk Forma Build and Forma Data Management
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
•Strong communication and troubleshooting skills; fluent in Spanish and English
