Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate through business functions (safety, environmental, operations, commercial, logistics, maintenance, purchasing, and finance) to learn how the metals recycling operation runs.
  • •Support daily operations by working with operations teams on routines, material flow, inspection and scale work, equipment use, shipment readiness, and problem solving.
  • •Learn and apply safety and environmental expectations by identifying hazards, preventing incidents, reporting concerns, and supporting corrective actions.
  • •Connect inspection, metal identification, production records, inventory reporting, quality control, budgets, and forecasts to daily decisions affecting cost and profit.
  • •Help drive continuous improvement through coaching, meetings/check-ins, stretch assignments, internal control compliance, and upward communication of issues and policy violations.

Salary: USD 75,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Valid driver's license with ability to travel as required for training and field exposure.
