Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in managing the project to quality standards, on time, and efficiently.
  • •Coordinate individual construction process tasks including submittal and RFI processes, change order management, and punch-list management.
  • •Help establish project governance, processes, and systems; ensure key information is shared and retained appropriately.
  • •Attend and support status meetings, update issues/actions logs, transcribe minutes and action items, and drive items to closure.
  • •Support reporting and project controls, including monthly reporting, cost tracking with EVM systems, and procurement of suppliers/resources as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in a relevant role.
  • •Proactive, organized, and thorough with a strong work ethic.
  • •Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with project teams to deliver projects.
  • •Exposure to project management software systems and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google tools.
