Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance and repairs including leaks, plumbing, tiling, minor electrical works, lock changes and decorating (painting, picture frames).
  • •Conduct site inspections and identify the need for major repairs, reporting findings.
  • •Act as first line of service: assess situations on site and recommend a specialist contractor when needed.
  • •Supervise contractors on site to ensure works are completed to Kitt’s standards.
  • •Provide support during tenants move-ins (e.g., fixing TVs, whiteboards) and assist wider operations as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience within maintenance or construction.
  • •Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.

  • •Excellent problem solving, communication and client-facing skills; well-organised with attention to detail and safety awareness.
