Job Summary

In-house Maintenance Specialist responsible for keeping multiple managed offices running smoothly and ensuring new offices are finished to high standards. Conduct site assessments, perform repairs (plumbing, electrical, tiling), coordinate with contractors, support tenant move-ins, and carry out light carpentry and decorating tasks to maintain quality spaces.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform maintenance and repairs including leaks, plumbing, tiling, minor electrical works, lock changes and decorating (painting, picture frames).
•Conduct site inspections and identify the need for major repairs, reporting findings.
•Act as first line of service: assess situations on site and recommend a specialist contractor when needed.
•Supervise contractors on site to ensure works are completed to Kitt’s standards.
•Provide support during tenants move-ins (e.g., fixing TVs, whiteboards) and assist wider operations as required.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience within maintenance or construction.
•Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment.
