Leasing Consultant, NRI - SS

Manage leasing activity for apartment communities in the Arena District/Grandview Yard, building relationships with prospective tenants and current residents. Handle phone inquiries, greet and qualify prospects, tour available units, and close leases with strong product knowledge. Process applications, coordinate approvals, orient new residents, and answer questions about community, repairs, rent, and rules while supporting appointment conversion goals.
