Sales Associate

Represent the brand on the sales floor by delivering exceptional customer service and driving in-store sales. Help customers select the right products, convert window shoppers into buyers, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program. Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards, record inventory inward/outward, and efficiently handle POS/billing, cash till reconciliation, and refunds while following security, SOP, and loss prevention policies.
