•Manage critical paths, milestones, and development timelines to deliver products on schedule.

•Resolve development challenges by escalating and addressing issues across quality, technical specifications, timelines, and suppliers.
•Partner with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure prototypes and development samples meet Gymshark quality expectations, and provide progress updates to senior leadership.
