Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide deployed project management support across Dukhan delivery areas, ensuring key PM tenets and governance requirements are upheld.
  • •Run business rhythm activities and review risk, opportunity, change, and spend within each delivery area; compile agreed OPR inputs.
  • •Generate, monitor, and report progress against plans, including performance analysis and regular internal/external reports.
  • •Manage financial information for allocated areas for Contract Status Reports (CSRs) and manage risk/opportunities across financial, quality, scope.
  • •Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, coordinate KPI reporting, and support contract compliance and ad-hoc PM activities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •L6 Project Management degree (complete or in-progress) or extensive practical project management knowledge.
  • •Experienced and in-depth project control knowledge in an operational aircraft support environment.
  • •Strong analytical skills to manipulate data, assess completeness/accuracy, and produce management information for reporting.
  • •Programme reporting experience and the ability to interpret and use project management toolsets (including work breakdown structure).
  • •High level of MS Office knowledge; proficiency in written and verbal English.
