Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the representative for Raytheon MTS assets during repair activity across McKinney, Texas, Jacksonville, Florida, and customer site in Jordan.
  • •Communicate frequently with program management and IPT leads, as well as operations, engineering, mission assurance, and supply chain.
  • •Report partner/customer sentiments, system performance/availability, maintenance activities/issues, repair status, and supply support/spares status.
  • •Work with PMs to meet performance metrics and schedule for Raytheon products across USAF and GA customer programs.
  • •Ensure inspections, maintenance, repair, and modification activities are performed and recorded in the appropriate management information system.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advance degree with at least 2 years of experience.
  • •Active and transferable TS/SCI U.S. government security clearance is required prior to start, and U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.
  • •Experience working with multiple internal customers and interacting with senior external personnel on technical matters.
  • •Experience representing the organization as the prime technical contact regarding depot repair activity.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, aircraft flight-line and military maintenance environment.
