Property Manager (On-Site)

Manage the downtown Cincinnati Fountain Square headquarters property portfolio for Fifth Third, owning day-to-day operational continuity and effective asset preservation. Develop operating budgets with forecasting and variance reporting, lead asset management and preservation plans aligned to market strategies, inspect properties to identify improvements, and manage lease agreements. Partner with internal teams and proactively manage service delivery providers to ensure an excellent occupancy experience while following risk and customer experience standards.
