Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business and technology leaders to align systems, processes, and operational priorities and translate objectives into executable plans.
  • •Lead end-to-end project management for cross-functional transformation initiatives, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • •Manage assigned operational systems and enhancements, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and supporting automation and scalable platform solutions.
  • •Ensure system adoption, stability, and operational readiness through testing, release planning, post-launch support, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • •Support vendor engagement and mentor junior team members or contractors while assisting with SOW execution, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
