Job Summary

Provide ongoing Wintel (Windows) systems administration across multiple locations, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, incident remediation, and system compliance. Monitor and tune standalone and multi-tier environments for performance, implement security measures, and manage backup/disaster recovery and recovery operations. Evaluate and integrate operating system versions, drivers, and hardware, maintain run enhancements/testing and staging, coordinate client support, and ensure 24x7 after-hours coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide ongoing systems administration support including installation, customization, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
•Address availability and reliability issues; remediate daily incident tickets and handle system compliance responsibilities.
•Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance in standalone and multi-tier environments.
•Implement system security, establish backup/disaster recovery procedures, and direct recovery operations as needed.
•Ensure 24x7 after-hour support and coordinate client contact, operational recommendations, and enhancement/testing/staging activities.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of relevant experience in systems administration for Windows/Wintel environments.
•Strong knowledge of systems software/hardware, networks, and operating systems.
•Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues across standalone and multi-tier systems.
•Experience with systems management processes and tools for problem reporting, change management, and support.
•Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
