Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, document, and process feed orders accurately and timely.
  • •Schedule and organize feed loads by creating, maintaining, and filing feed tickets and related records.
  • •Dispatch feed deliveries and distribute loads equitably among drivers while adhering to DOT rules and regulations.
  • •Communicate with drivers, service technicians, growers, customers, vendors, and internal operations teams both verbally and in writing.
  • •Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery paperwork, support feed mill activities, and follow Tyson health, safety, quality, and biosecurity protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required), with basic reading, writing, math, communication, computer, and mechanical skills.
  • •Ability to accurately complete paperwork, maintain records, and communicate effectively with drivers, growers, service technicians, vendors, customers, and management.
  • •Comfort with computerized systems and scheduling/recordkeeping, with prior dispatch/logistics/transportation or feed mill experience preferred.
  • •Ability to certify and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification and Weigh Master certification, and achieve/maintain respirator certification where applicable.
  • •Valid Class D Driver's License where applicable and willingness to meet physical and biosecurity requirements.
