Job Summary

Experienced leader responsible for the strategy, operating model, delivery, stability and performance of HelloFresh’s global People Technology landscape, with Workday as the core platform. Leads end-to-end technology for the People function, drives AI-enabled solutions, governance and platform health, and partners with People, Technology and Operations to translate priorities into executable plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the People Technology strategy and roadmap, aligned to People, Technology and Operations priorities.
•Lead the evolution of the People Technology operating model across Operations, Functional Development, Integrations and Programme Management.
•Ensure Workday and related People Technology platforms are stable, scalable, secure and fit for purpose.
•Own the technology performance of business-critical workforce processes, including Time Tracking, Absence and time clocking across distribution centres.
•Partner with Operations stakeholders to ensure workforce technology supports reliable execution in frontline and operational environments.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in People Technology, HR systems or enterprise SaaS leadership roles.
•Deep experience with Workday-centric technology landscapes, including implementation, optimisation and operational support.
•Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary technology teams across operations, delivery, integrations and specialist domains.
•Strong understanding of operationally critical workforce technology, ideally including time, absence, scheduling or clocking solutions.
•Experience supporting technology used in frontline, operational or distribution-centre environments.
