Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the People Technology strategy and roadmap, aligned to People, Technology and Operations priorities.
  • •Lead the evolution of the People Technology operating model across Operations, Functional Development, Integrations and Programme Management.
  • •Ensure Workday and related People Technology platforms are stable, scalable, secure and fit for purpose.
  • •Own the technology performance of business-critical workforce processes, including Time Tracking, Absence and time clocking across distribution centres.
  • •Partner with Operations stakeholders to ensure workforce technology supports reliable execution in frontline and operational environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in People Technology, HR systems or enterprise SaaS leadership roles.
  • •Deep experience with Workday-centric technology landscapes, including implementation, optimisation and operational support.
  • •Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary technology teams across operations, delivery, integrations and specialist domains.
  • •Strong understanding of operationally critical workforce technology, ideally including time, absence, scheduling or clocking solutions.
  • •Experience supporting technology used in frontline, operational or distribution-centre environments.
