Job Summary

Bridge Sales and Finance to execute revenue-generating deals with operational precision and strict compliance. Serve as quoting and pricing expert using Salesforce CPQ, manage Special Price Requests, and own the end-to-end DocuSign workflow for approvals and signatures. Key Responsibilities

•Support Global Sales with quoting and pricing expertise in Salesforce CPQ, converting sales requests into accurate, executable quotes including complex custom deals.
•Review and process Special Price Requests (SPRs) through SUSE governance, handling compliance audits and approvals.
•Own the end-to-end DocuSign process: prep contracts from incoming mailboxes, route for Credit/Legal approvals, and secure internal and external signatures.
•Serve as revenue gatekeeper by validating and booking purchase orders from customers, distributors, and cloud marketplaces, ensuring accurate contract/account data and correct multi-year contract setup.
•Resolve order and post-sale issues by managing shared mailboxes and using JIRA to track licensing tickets and account re-classifications within SLA; enable Sales and partners with training on ordering tools and processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 41,000 - 58,000 annually

Key Requirements

•First-level university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
•Typically 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or a Quote-to-Cash finance function.
•Direct experience in an enterprise software (SaaS/Open Source) environment with multi-tier distribution networks and Cloud Marketplaces.
•Comfort navigating Salesforce (Salesforce CPQ and the Sales Console) for quoting and tracking order statuses.
•Ability to commute to the SUSE office in Dublin (Dame Street).
