Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain video and audio infrastructure (studio spaces, control rooms, IP signal fabric, routing, recording, and streaming delivery) and own standards/documentation/configuration records.
  • •Architect and administer audio-over-IP and video-over-IP transport, including Dante audio networks (clock hierarchy/PTP, multicast/IGMP, QoS) and NDI video workflows (discovery, switching/VLAN design, bandwidth budgeting).
  • •Lead technical execution for high-visibility productions, from engineering design and rehearsal through show call and post-event review, improving reliability across conference rooms and hybrid meetings.
  • •Establish and maintain color and audio standards across the production chain, including camera matching/shading, LUT and color pipeline management, monitor calibration, loudness normalization, and delivery specs.
  • •Diagnose and resolve complex signal-flow, network, sync, and device faults under live conditions; document fixes, redundancy improvements, and monitoring checks.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of hands-on broadcast, live production, or high-end corporate production engineering experience, including ownership of permanent installations.
  • •Deep command of video/audio signal flow across SDI/HDMI, sync/genlock, reference/timing, embedding/de-embedding, and systematic fault isolation.
  • •Hands-on production experience with Dante audio networking and NDI video workflows, including clocking/PTP, multicast/IGMP, VLAN/switch design, QoS, and latency/bandwidth budgeting.
  • •Working knowledge of production color science, including color spaces/gamma, log formats, LUT creation and management, camera matching/shading, and monitor calibration.
  • •Proven ability to run technical execution for live, high-stakes events with calm, structured incident response.
  • •Strong documentation and communication skills (system drawings/signal-flow diagrams and runbooks).
