Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, configure, and support high-end HPC & AI systems at customer sites
  • •Perform hardware replacements, diagnostics, and Level 1 system software troubleshooting
  • •Monitor system reliability, performance, and operational excellence
  • •Serve as the technical interface between the customer and the backline support organization
  • •Participate in HPC deployments and upgrades across Europe (occasional travel)

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience assembling, maintaining, or repairing computer hardware
  • •Good knowledge of Linux environments
  • •Shell scripting capabilities (Bash or similar)
