Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain hands-on experience in agronomy operations including scouting, crop protection, nutrients, seed, custom application, mixing procedures, and product delivery.
  • •Perform agronomy/seed operations and maintain inventory quality with cleaning and recordkeeping.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance on agronomy equipment and vehicles used for spraying and delivery.
  • •Learn and support grain origination, including procuring grain from local producers and developing new accounts.
  • •Provide producer communication on market trends and grain quotes, and assist with purchasing contracts, rail billing, and settlement tasks as needed.
