Lead and nurture the Timberland store team in Roosendaal, driving sales and a customer-first experience. You’ll implement retail processes, manage core operations like inventory and P&L, and track performance against KPIs. Ensure the store meets brand visual merchandising standards while mentoring employees and improving how the store operates. Requires strong Dutch and English communication and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.
