Support the bar team by following special events and venue guidelines to help ensure successful service. Stay current on menu items and descriptions, run opening, side, and closing duties per HOB policy, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. Stock and restock ice, alcohol, and bar supplies, clean and assist with bar equipment, separate trash and recyclables per local codes, and operate a trash compactor while helping ensure responsible alcohol service.
