Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior leaders across Product and Technology to develop a global compensation perspective and collaborate with regional compensation leads and HR teams.
  • •Lead strategic compensation initiatives supporting P&T growth, including engineering, data and insights, product, and experience design.
  • •Provide analytics and insights to guide compensation decisions, including modeling market movement, identifying data gaps, and recommending closes while maintaining personal top of market.
  • •Collaborate with Talent (HR) Operations and technology teams to build and refine metrics and dashboards for business leaders and managers.
  • •Support the design and execution of global compensation programs (e.g., pay equity, compensation reviews, job architecture, workforce planning) and educate HR partners and business leaders on compensation strategy and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant compensation experience, ideally supporting the technology side in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • •Demonstrated familiarity with compensation design across all aspects of compensation programs.
