Job Summary

Lead global compensation strategy for Netflix’s Product and Technology organization, partnering with senior leaders, regional compensation leads, and HR teams. Drive analytics and market-research initiatives to maintain “personal top of market” philosophy, build metrics and dashboards, and support compensation surveys. Provide thought leadership, mentorship, and guidance to HR partners on compensation design, pay equity, compensation reviews, job architecture, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with senior leaders across Product and Technology to develop a global compensation perspective and collaborate with regional compensation leads and HR teams.
•Lead strategic compensation initiatives supporting P&T growth, including engineering, data and insights, product, and experience design.
•Provide analytics and insights to guide compensation decisions, including modeling market movement, identifying data gaps, and recommending closes while maintaining personal top of market.
•Collaborate with Talent (HR) Operations and technology teams to build and refine metrics and dashboards for business leaders and managers.
•Support the design and execution of global compensation programs (e.g., pay equity, compensation reviews, job architecture, workforce planning) and educate HR partners and business leaders on compensation strategy and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 310,000 - 480,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant compensation experience, ideally supporting the technology side in a fast-paced, global environment.
•Ability to provide direction and counsel to HRBPs and senior business leaders.
•Strong analytical skills, including experience working with large data sets and advanced modeling in Google Sheets or Excel.
•Demonstrated familiarity with compensation design across all aspects of compensation programs.
•Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and navigate ambiguity.
