Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure seamless running of IT services in the market, including connectivity, service desk, onsite/field services, and end device management.
  • •Monitor service delivery performance metrics and manage service level agreements with stakeholders.
  • •Own demand consolidation and execution planning for tech infrastructure needs in the market.
  • •Manage infrastructure projects (openings, closings, and revamps) on time, in full, and in budget.
  • •Run incident and problem management processes, including allocating incidents, investigating root causes, and implementing remedies.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year college or university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •At least 5 years of IT experience, including 2 years in infrastructure IT services and project management.
  • •1 year of experience in team management.
  • •Proficient spoken and written command of English.
  • •Understanding of different culture and experience participating in cross-functional/cross-market projects.
