Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute day-to-day maintenance of Salesforce account hierarchy relationships for US Federal, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts.
  • •Investigate and resolve duplicate account and contact records using data-quality tooling and team deduplication standards.
  • •Research and validate parent-child account relationships to maintain a single, accurate customer hierarchy.
  • •Perform OFAC/sanctions screening on in-process deals and channel-sourced opportunities, escalating flagged matches.
  • •Use AI and automation tools to detect, match, and research findings, then make or recommend changes; maintain audit-ready documentation.

Key Requirements
