Job Summary

Expand new customers by executing planned marketing activities and recruiting, selecting, and training high-potential broker/agents. Support agents with insurance business knowledge, product promotions, and appropriate sales tools and materials. Key Responsibilities

•Expand new customers by performing marketing activities based on a defined plan.
•Recruit, select, and interview potential broker/agents, and educate them to meet customer needs and the right insurance attitude.
•Educate and promote underwriting department resources (e.g., market analyst or underwriting) to help agents build a profitable business book.
•Communicate with brokers/agents about new products and support the use of sales tools and promotion materials.
•Monitor broker/agent activity, performance, and financial status; support business planning with branch leadership and coordinate with underwriting and sales support teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
•Experience in Sales and Marketing with insurance knowledge.
•Knowledge of AI-future skills (e.g., ChatGPT or Copilot 365) is an advantage.
