Own the end-to-end run-and-change lifecycle of RAKBANK’s cards technology platform suite, including TSYS Prime 4 (card management), TSYS Online Authorization, and post-facto fraud detection. Key Responsibilities

•Own the full run-and-change lifecycle for TSYS Prime 4, TSYS Online Authorization, and the post-facto fraud detection platform with defined SLOs, SLAs, and monitored uptime KPIs.
•Lead UAE local payment scheme compliance and mandate implementation while meeting Visa and Mastercard international scheme requirements and certification timelines.
•Drive innovation and future growth for the cards platform, enabling new card product types, digital wallet integration, tokenisation, BNPL schemes, and emerging payment innovations.
•Expose platform capabilities as stable, well-documented APIs for card issuance, lifecycle management, transaction enquiry, limit management, and authorisation controls.
•Lead platform operations for real-time, millisecond-critical authorisation and fraud operations, including incident escalation/resolution, post-incident reviews, and ongoing fraud rule tuning and effectiveness optimization.

Key Requirements

•15+ years in banking technology with at least 5 years in platform management, product ownership, or senior application management covering card management systems.
•Hands-on experience with TSYS Prime 4 (or equivalent such as OpenWay WAY4, Compass Plus, or FIS CAMS), with TSYS Prime 4 experience as a significant advantage.
•Deep knowledge of card products and operations across consumer credit/debit, prepaid and virtual cards, SME cards, and commercial/large corporate card programmes plus the platform configuration for each segment.
•Experience managing post-facto fraud detection, including fraud rule management, fraud analytics, detection effectiveness optimization, and coordination with fraud operations teams.
•Strong understanding of PCI DSS requirements and their operational implications for card platform management and scheme certification.
