Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site technical support for lithography processes, including process development, optimization, parameter setup, and issue diagnosis.
•Understand customer products and process requirements to deliver customized lithography solutions.
•Analyze and resolve lithography process issues such as exposure uniformity, alignment accuracy, CD control, and overlay errors.
•Support customers with lithography process verification and tuning during new product introduction (NPI).
•Write and maintain technical documentation and collaborate with HQ R&D, product, and FAE teams to drive continuous process improvement and innovation.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or higher) in Physics, Optical Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mathematics.
•Solid understanding of semiconductor process knowledge.
•Strong presentation and communication skills to work with internal stakeholders and external customers effectively.
•Flexible mindset to support various tasks in a matrix organization (e.g., issue escalation, NPI, NTP projects).
•Ability to work under pressure with flexible travel to support customers across China; excellent bilingual Chinese-English communication.
