Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Americas Engineering, New Product Introduction, and Process Development organization, building a strong team.
  • •Establish process-development capability and a technology roadmap for efficient, scalable, cost-effective manufacturing and service operations.
  • •Own new product introductions, ensuring validation, on-time delivery, and readiness for transition into manufacturing.
  • •Partner with R&D and manufacturing through the design process, including pFMEA and dFMEA, to ensure production requirements and process parameters are addressed.
  • •Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and after-sales service processes and manage regional service governance using operational, financial, and statistical data to improve P&L performance.

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in operations, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience building high-performing teams and driving cross-functional continuous improvement with measurable P&L results.
  • •Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives across Operations, Engineering, Commercial, Quality, and Finance.
  • •Strong project management, manufacturing-process expertise, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making; experience in regulated/medical-device environments preferred.
