Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute demand, supply, and production plans that align customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing schedules for product launches and high-volume manufacturing.
  • •Lead purchasing activities to ensure timely material availability while balancing cost, inventory, and supplier performance.
  • •Execute production plans by partnering with Global Supply Management, Manufacturing, and contract manufacturing partners to resolve material constraints and meet delivery commitments.
  • •Establish scalable planning processes and ERP workflows, including planning parameters, to improve visibility and operational performance.
  • •Develop inventory and logistics strategies that ensure on-time delivery while balancing inventory investment, transportation costs, and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •12+ years of leadership experience in Planning, Purchasing, or Supply Chain within electronics or advanced manufacturing, including at least five years leading teams.
  • •Subject matter expertise in demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, logistics, ERP/MRP systems, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • •Experience implementing end-to-end ERP/MRP planning solutions, including business process design, master data, planning parameters, material planning, and reporting.
  • •Proven success developing planning processes and managing material execution to enable product launches and high-volume manufacturing.
