•Develop and maintain important client relationships across a commercial real estate customer portfolio.

•Underwrite credit requests and approve real estate loans or recommend approvals requiring higher authority.
•Coordinate client-facing activities and help oversee associates, analysts, and Commercial Leadership Program participants (as needed).

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
•8-10+ years of experience in banking, finance, or related field.
•4+ years of commercial real estate experience and sales management preferred.
•Strong credit training and underwriting skills (underwriting skills preferred).
•Demonstrated sales/negotiation experience and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
