Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project management for multiple real estate projects, covering planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to define scope, delivery resources, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedules and milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, conduct complex RFPs, perform bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of a charter and integrated timeline; ensure functions remain on schedule and resolve or escalate issues.
  • •Facilitate regular status meetings and collaborate with the project team to guide implementation through completion, coaching others as needed.
Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • •Healthcare client and/or pharmacy fulfillment/packing client experience is beneficial.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Experience with MS Project or similar project management software; Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
