Key Responsibilities

  • •Be responsible for the verification, consolidation of accurate estimates, effective management, and reliable control of project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop and control cost estimates, analyzing cost variances, and ensuring that projects are completed within approved budgets.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, engineers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support effective decision-making.
  • •Manage and mentor cost engineers within the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, quantity surveying, finance, or a related field.
  • •A professional certification (e.g., AACE, PMP, CCE, MRICS) is a plus.
  • •10+ years’ experience in cost estimate, project cost control, quantity surveying within the oil and gas sector, energy sector and infrastructure sector.
