Job Summary

•Collaborate with business partners on priorities and initiatives by providing cost/benefit analytics, comparative reporting, and variance explanations with insights.
•Manage budget and forecasting activities, providing regular updates on changes and supporting allocations and profitability efforts for legal entities and regulatory requirements.
•Maintain the cost center hierarchy and coordinate with business functions to ensure alignment.
•Provide reporting and analysis on headcount and compensation impacts; identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities and incorporate them into financial projections.

•Comfort interpreting large data sets and solving complex problems in a global business environment.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with senior management.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
