Job Summary

Develop and improve aerospace manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity. As an individual contributor, you’ll lead engineering projects from concept through production transition, perform electromechanical failure analysis, troubleshoot unit failures, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll support Industry 4.0 and automation initiatives, partner with Manufacturing/Quality/Operations/Supply Chain teams, and ensure projects meet safety, quality, regulatory, and business requirements at the Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico site.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply engineering principles to improve manufacturing operations and production efficiency with cross-functional teams.
•Perform failure analysis on electromechanical parts and resolve unit failures with corrective actions to reduce defects.
•Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple engineering projects through deployment and production transition.
•Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
•Support Industry 4.0 technology implementation and design/manufacture tooling using additive manufacturing or milling.

Key Requirements

•Degree in a STEM field and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
•Communicate in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
•U.S. citizenship is required.
•Experience supporting manufacturing operations in an aerospace or advanced manufacturing environment.
•Experience leading or coordinating engineering projects from planning through implementation.
