Job Summary

Lead shared services enablement as the operational backbone for a blended team spanning Learning Experience Design, Communications, and Program Success. Own enablement planning, performance cadences, and QBRs, translating cross-functional inputs into a credible impact plan. Set enablement messaging strategy and ensure content readiness for major moments like Sales Kickoff and Rising, while managing LXD standards and program delivery operations end to end.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the enablement operating rhythm, including project intake, planning approach/cadences, and rolling up a prioritized organizational plan.
•Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) from narrative and preparation through results tracking and executive presentation.
•Lead enablement communications, partnering with Employee Communications to drive alignment and ensure the right messaging reaches the right audience at the right time.
•Lead enablement’s contribution to major events (including Sales Kickoff and Rising) by scoping, developing, and delivering content with quality and timing.
•Manage LXD and enablement program delivery operations, setting quality standards and overseeing execution such as webinars, participant communications, learner support, PO management, and survey execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,200 - 295,800 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive experience in GTM enablement or related operational experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
•3+ years managing operational teams with blended resources (e.g., Learning Experience Design, Program Managers, Communications, etc.), including internal employees and external partners.
•Knowledge of learning design and instructional design principles to guide a team toward strong, learner-centric outcomes.
•Program and project management discipline with structure, timelines, dependencies, and risk management.
•Executive presence and storytelling to translate operational detail into clear narratives for senior leaders, especially in QBRs.
