•Collaborate directly with customers to understand communication challenges and iterate on AI solutions.
•Work with the founding team to shape the product roadmap based on real customer needs.

Salary: EUR 50,000 - 85,000 annually

•Experience with AI/ML, natural language processing, or data extraction systems.
•Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and doing prompt engineering.
•Product-minded engineering with a focus on user experience and business impact.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
