Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end linehaul and last-mile transportation dispatch operations across North America, covering 40+ U.S. cities.
•Develop dispatch plans and routing strategies between distribution centers and for last-mile delivery to support 2-Day and 3-Day commitments.
•Build a technology-driven dispatch operations model using intelligent route optimization, real-time tracking, and API integrations to improve on-time delivery.
•Run in-transit monitoring and exception management via a 24/7 control tower, responding to delays, breakdowns, and damages.
•Define dispatch processes and compliance frameworks, ensuring DOT, OSHA, and Hours of Service (HOS) adherence, and own day-to-day hiring, training, and management of the dispatch team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•5+ years of transportation dispatch or logistics operations experience, including at least 2 years in linehaul or distribution transportation dispatch management.
•Strong understanding of end-to-end transportation dispatch processes for e-commerce last-mile service levels and cost structures.
•Proven data-driven cost control skills to identify dispatch bottlenecks and improve on-time delivery performance.
•Excellent cross-functional collaboration and incident management skills to resolve complex dispatch issues, especially during peak season.
