Citizens Teller

Greet customers in the branch lobby and help them complete simple transactions using mobile app and ATM technology. Build relationships by identifying customers’ needs, providing personalized advice, and recommending Citizens products and services, connecting customers to bankers for next steps. Follow all cash-handling and regulatory policies and be available for branch hours, including possible evenings and weekends.
