Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager with day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service.
  • •Provide feedback on required in-store resources to meet stockroom operational needs and deliver/maintain the Premium Stockroom Model.
  • •Ensure compliance with Global Retail back-of-house operational directives, processes, policies, and standards.
  • •Propose ideas and solutions to help build a world-class factory outlet experience.
  • •Support store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets and helping deliver outstanding customer experiences.
