Key Responsibilities

  • •Wrangle large, complex datasets using SQL to produce actionable insights, models, and research for the business area.
  • •Develop metrics and large-scale dashboards to track health of user-facing and internal teams.
  • •Create executive narratives and documents that communicate the story of the business area to influence leadership decisions.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across globally distributed teams (Ops, Finance, Data Science, Product/Engineering) to drive cross-functional change.
  • •Design operational reviews and rhythms, guide planning and goal-setting, and support forecasting/planning for Financial Crimes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in analytical and strategic roles in management consulting, Operations, Support, Risk, or Financial Services.
  • •Expert analytical ability, including strong SQL skills and understanding of data relationships.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong stakeholder management.
  • •Experience working with Operations, Support, Risk, Trust & Safety, Financial Crimes, or Financial Services.
