Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary program integration and operations owner for SATAS execution cadence and cross-functional coordination.
  • •Drive cross-swimlane integration across SATAS process cells, automation stack, standards, safety, and sustainability activities, including program plan and execution tracking.
  • •Own weekly sync and synergy meeting operating mechanisms (agenda, pre-reads, notes, actions, decision tracking, and follow-up).
  • •Coordinate pilot-line readiness planning and technical integration across equipment, automation, systems integration, and infrastructure components.
  • •Translate technical swimlane status into program-level risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and escalate needs; support sustainability roadmap integration and metrics tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • •7+ years of experience in technical program management, semiconductor manufacturing/equipment engineering, factory automation, or systems integration, leading complex cross-functional programs.
  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment development and deployment.
  • •Proven experience managing integrated schedules, milestones, risks, mitigation plans, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
  • •Strong working knowledge of semiconductor factory integration, automation systems/process equipment, pilot-line readiness, and SEMI/equipment interoperability and safety compliance (preferred).
