Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain flight-critical embedded software for commercial aviation solutions and avionics products. •Support the design, development, and maintenance of flight-critical embedded software for commercial aviation solutions and avionics products.
•Provide technical leadership for cross-functional teams delivering real-time embedded software design, development, and verification.
•Support requirements specification, software implementation, test case development, verification test execution, and certification support.
•Develop, coordinate, and conduct complex tests and debugs for systems with logical and mathematical solutions.
•Mentor software developers and collaborate with systems and hardware architects to plan, design, develop, and utilize embedded processing systems.

Key Requirements

•Degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
•Experience across all phases of the software development life cycle.
•C/C++ programming experience.
•Proficiency with modern software development best practices and configuration management tools.
•Experience with DO-178B/C (DAL A or B preferred) and real-time operating systems (VxWorks or LinxOS) is preferred.
