Lead the Healthcare vertical within Scale AI's Agents RL environments, shaping the data-as-a-product strategy and the roadmap for healthcare agent training. Partner with frontier labs, translate deep healthcare domain knowledge into high-quality training environments, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver mission-critical outcomes in healthcare AI.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Healthcare AI roadmap & data strategy: Set product direction for the Healthcare agents training stack and the data strategy behind it, driving execution across engineering, operations, and go-to-market teams.
•Build partnerships with research teams at frontier labs: Collaborate with researchers to shape new product lines and competitive strategy for Healthcare, and connect with AI startups to launch benchmarks.
•Design and scale Healthcare-specific environments: Scope and build simulations of real Healthcare workflows to train and evaluate agents against real-world scenarios.
•Collaborate cross-functionally: Influence business priorities and work with research, operations, and customer interactions to deliver mission-critical outcomes.
•Translate domain knowledge into training products: Turn healthcare insights into high-quality environments and datasets for AI agents.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 205,600 - 257,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of direct experience in the Healthcare industry in one or more of: healthcare research, clinicians & clinical staff using EHRs daily, revenue cycle management, or a healthtech product role, with real depth in how the work gets done.
•AI-Forward Thinking: Quick to adopt AI solutions to streamline day-to-day workflows and understand how it’s transforming the industry.
•A builder’s mindset: excited by ambiguity and motivated to create new products from the ground up.
•Product or customer-facing experience: track record of owning outcomes, shaping roadmaps, or working closely with technical stakeholders.
•ML Intuition & Technical Fluency: enough intuition around model training and evaluation and what an RL environment looks like; software background is a plus.
