Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle with effective facilitation, communication, and documentation.
  • •Create and actively monitor project plans covering risk, resources, specification compliance, budget constraints, and schedule adherence.
  • •Coordinate with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test sites (and PPIT partners) to align with HVDC roadmap products and meet cost, quality, and timing targets.
  • •Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly stakeholder status updates identifying challenges and specific support needed.
  • •Oversee qualification and product engineering testing, manage failure analysis, and coordinate material logistics and system setup for new products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience with project engineering/management on highly complex products/projects.
  • •Proven ability to lead multifaceted global organizations and influence without direct authority.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and build realistic plans with available resources.
  • •Knowledge of device packaging and wafer fabrication process, plus reliability requirements (including tri-temp characterization with statistical analysis).
