Job Summary

Own complex operational processes across the loan trade lifecycle, including onboarding, trade records, closings, and exception management for ClearPar users. Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for clients and internal partners, resolving trade, system, and operational issues to protect data integrity and operational excellence. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, maintain strong controls and risk management, and mentor junior team members.

•Act as a subject matter expert managing complex operational processes across the loan trade lifecycle, including onboarding, trade records, closings, and exception management to ensure data integrity.
•Provide expert client and internal partner support as a key escalation point for complex issues, proactively resolving them to minimize client impact.
•Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement to enhance systems, processes, and the overall client experience.
•Identify and resolve issues while ensuring timely and accurate processing in adherence to operational controls and risk management practices.
•Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.

Key Requirements

•Typically 3+ years of experience in Loan Operations, Financial Services, or Banking Operations with a strong understanding of syndicated loan market operations and ClearPar workflows.
•Strong knowledge of syndicated loan trade lifecycle operations, including onboarding, trade records, closings, and exception management (LMA/LSTA knowledge preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and independently resolve client, trade, and system-related issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to attend at least one in-person interview during the final stage of the process before an offer can be made.
