Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 3+ years of experience in Loan Operations, Financial Services, or Banking Operations with a strong understanding of syndicated loan market operations and ClearPar workflows.
  • •Strong knowledge of syndicated loan trade lifecycle operations, including onboarding, trade records, closings, and exception management (LMA/LSTA knowledge preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and independently resolve client, trade, and system-related issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to attend at least one in-person interview during the final stage of the process before an offer can be made.
