Key Responsibilities

  • •Review open sales orders, open purchase orders, open vendor claims, and open transfers.
  • •Oversee inventory to control stock outs and reduce excessive inventory, including performing cycle counts.
  • •Train employees to comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • •Supervise order routing, loading, and preparation for shipment and delivery in line with customer instructions.
  • •Oversee branch safety programs and maintain required safety, security, and quality documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED, or one year experience in a similar position (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •1-3 years of operations experience in industrial distribution or a warehouse environment.
  • •Operations responsibility for a $5-10 million wholesale warehouse type facility.
  • •Experience supervising a team.
  • •Computer skills including MS Office and Inventory Management software.
