Job Summary

Support the day-to-day running of laboratory facilities in Oxford, helping maintain safe, efficient operations. You will coordinate EH&S compliance, waste management, autoclaving, decontamination, and cleaning of incubators and biosafety cabinets. The role also covers laboratory supplies, inventory, deliveries/shipments, equipment setup and vendor servicing, facility inspections, and lab coat program documentation to support scientific research.

Key Responsibilities

•Support laboratory safety and EH&S compliance.
•Coordinate waste management, autoclaving, and laboratory decontamination.

•Manage laboratory supplies, inventory, and consumables.
•Coordinate deliveries, shipments, equipment setup/maintenance, vendor servicing, and perform routine facility safety inspections.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and procedures.
