Job Summary

Facilitate multiple Scrum teams through the stages of team development and support the Core Platforms Engineering organization’s Agile transformation. Educate teams on Scrum practices, help identify and resolve impediments, and improve communication across Dev, QE, Docs, and PM groups. Partner with Agile Practitioners and product engineering to deliver RHEL Identity Management and Red Hat Certificate System work, providing training, documentation, and data-driven continuous improvement.

•Form and facilitate multiple Scrum teams through the four stages of team development.
•Create an environment of co-delivery and shared responsibility across Dev, QE, Docs, and PM organizations.
•Collaborate with Agile Practitioners to support Core Platforms’ Agile transformation.
•Provide training and publish documentation that supports Scrum and Agile adoption.
•Identify impediments and help teams improve skills like relative estimations and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Strong Scrum background with Agile project management skills evidenced by industry experience or a recent certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, PMI-PMP, CSM, CSP, or equivalent).
•Outstanding interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication, mentoring/coaching, collaboration, negotiation, and team building.
•A sufficient technical background to lead development teams and evaluate complex project risks and issues.
•Demonstrated track record delivering software products to production while coaching teams and programs at varying maturity levels.
•Experience with Jira.
