Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality.
  • •Oversee overhaul, troubleshooting, and commissioning of gas turbine products at customer sites.
  • •Lead customer-facing installation and maintenance activities onsite.
  • •Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, and daily/weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • •Ensure internal training, compliance, and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment.
  • •Experience in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar).
  • •Strong customer service orientation and ability to lead customers through tough decisions.
  • •Skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying technical understanding.
  • •Excellent verbal and written English and Italian, hold an EU Passport, and be ready to travel up to 70% (including offshore).
