Job Summary

Oversee and manage the civil, structural, and architectural scope for data centre construction projects from design and procurement through execution. Based on-site, you’ll review and approve CSA design documents, run design reviews and risk assessments, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, and report weekly progress to the Project Director. You’ll also lead quality control, commissioning support, documentation (RFIs/submittals), site audits, defect resolution, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee civil, structural, and architectural activities across the design/procurement phase and project execution, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
•Coordinate CSA design documents and design reviews, chair and document client meetings, and report weekly progress on scope, budget, and schedule to the Project Director.
•Manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors for CSA packages, liaising with the Client, Professional Team, and Contractors on key processes and recommendations.
•Lead risk management and quality control: maintain the Project Risk Register, monitor risk mitigation, manage commissioning support, verify GC compliance, and drive defect identification and resolution.
•Direct site management and documentation: monitor non-conforming work, conduct site audits and witness tests, coordinate RFIs/submittals/transmittals, and ensure health and safety compliance on-site.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in CSA roles, particularly in a mission-critical environment such as data centres, nuclear, or pharma.
•10+ years experience with a genuine lead profile.
•Strong project management and leadership skills.
•In-depth knowledge of CSA design principles and construction methodologies.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
