Job Summary

Shape and run the enterprise AI orchestration platform by designing, implementing, and operating secure, scalable AI integration capabilities across business applications. Define standards and reference architectures, partner with data scientists and application owners to deliver end-to-end AI solution architectures, and establish governance for responsible AI, model lifecycle, logging, and monitoring. Lead incident/change management, roadmap planning, vendor and SLA management, and provide technical leadership and enablement to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain the AI orchestration platform across the enterprise application landscape, including APIs, connectors, model routing, monitoring, and security/access layers.
•Define technical standards, reference architectures, and reusable components for integrating AI solutions with Central IT infrastructure and cloud teams.
•Partner with business stakeholders, data scientists, application owners, and external partners to identify and refine AI use cases and design scalable end-to-end AI solution architectures.
•Establish governance and operating procedures for AI usage, including data protection, responsible AI, model lifecycle management, access control, logging, and monitoring.
•Oversee incident and change management and continuously improve AI services in production while maintaining the platform roadmap, vendor relationships, and budget planning.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or comparable experience in AI/ML and enterprise IT.
•9–10 years of experience in enterprise IT or digital product development.
•Proven experience designing and operating data/AI or integration platforms in a complex, international environment.
•Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including model lifecycle, MLOps, LLMs, orchestration, and monitoring, integrated into enterprise applications.
•Fluency in written and spoken Romanian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
